Since new Manager, his name is Alex, has come to the Naugatuck, CT location it has been perfect !!!! Alex and the staff have been very welcoming, gym is always clean, bathroom and cleaning stations always fully stocked, equipment clean and all functioning properly. It’s been a Joy coming for my workouts here since Alex has been managing the Naugatuck location. Thank you Alex and staff !

I was impressed with the newness of the equipment vs those in Southbury. It was a great first experience. A bit hard to get use to because the set up is so much different. But all in all a very good experience.

Jack was amazing! Honestly would not have gotten a pass if it wasn’t for him. I had come in at the beginning of the month for a day pass. He had mentioned a promotion that was begin run and it would allow me to come for a couple days. I ended up coming for the two weeks and enjoyed the gym. The staff is so friendly and the gym is so clean. In the end I came back and signed up for a black card with my friend. Definitely would recommended this gym to anyone. They have a great staff that is clearly knowledgeable on all the promos they run. 10/10 Customer service!!!

The staff is super friendly and the gym is always super clean. I wish the fans would cool the gym off better though. It’s brutal if you’re running on the treadmill.
