I was impressed with the newness of the equipment vs those in Southbury. It was a great first experience. A bit hard to get use to because the set up is so much different. But all in all a very good experience.

Jack was amazing! Honestly would not have gotten a pass if it wasn’t for him. I had come in at the beginning of the month for a day pass. He had mentioned a promotion that was begin run and it would allow me to come for a couple days. I ended up coming for the two weeks and enjoyed the gym. The staff is so friendly and the gym is so clean. In the end I came back and signed up for a black card with my friend. Definitely would recommended this gym to anyone. They have a great staff that is clearly knowledgeable on all the promos they run. 10/10 Customer service!!!

Smiling welcome faces when I arrive in the am between 630-730. Showers and changing rooms are clean and easily accessible. Not a fan of the cardio layout. I like the way the wtby and southbury PF’s have it setup better. But I like this Naugatuck PF location & it’s on my way to work in New Haven. Wish the gyms opened at 630 on Sat/sundays. Parking is always good in the am.
