I do enjoy my Planet Fitness in New Castle, but the recurring computer issues that shut down the Black Spa so frequently are getting annoying!!! Now, we don't even have any music in the gym, but most people wear ear buds or headphones anyway. I think Planet Fitness should seriously consider giving Black Spa customers a partial refund based on how many days we are unable to use the spa. Paying for a service you can't use isn't quite fair!!!

I like planet fitness. i think if there were a wider range of machines it would be better but at that point membership prices would be too high. good for the cost. always appreciated.

The place is always clean. The staff is always friendly. You can always see the staff even the manager wiping the place now and keep it clean. I I leave there to go to work. I take showers. It is very, very clean and friendly.
