As of late, the management has been super impactful with the new equipment geared towards targeting differing body parts. Being able to utilize these pieces in the gym was a dream of mine, which became a reality, thus increasing the appeal of the gym as a whole. Management takes into consideration the needs of the patrons and adjusts as needed. This is true customer service at the highest level.
