Hello, My trainer Chanelle is very accommodating and patient with me. I am thoroughly happy with her support and expertise. In addition, I find the staff at my location very helpful, polite and accommodating. The club is clean and the focus on our comfort is well received. Question - Do you think that someday you will have strength training with weights that focus towards senior citizens LOL. I would love to attend ! Thank you. Judith

Very clean very spacious nice machines lovely staff this is my new go to spot it’s close to my Job if it was closer to my House would be great but I will be a regular here wish I had gone before. Keep up the great work!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the building is always up to par. Very rare that a machine is out of order. The large space so you don't feel like you'll bump into anyone if you make a wrong turn.
