The gym is large and open, never feels crowded. It's very clean and maintained. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Think the summer promotion for the high school students is wonderful, and a great marketing tool. Only disappointment is that the trainers who lead the classes are difficult to find and hire and then not able to stay very long, primarily due to not earning a living wage.

The club is very clean, the machines are easy to use, the express workout is great, the hydro massage beds are amazing & the staff are great. I’ve had two trainers quit since I’ve been there due to low pay & I really miss having classes with the trainer. All my friends miss the trainer instructed classes also. It was more motivating to have a scheduled class with someone helping you with the workouts.

I have some limitations on some equipment and there’s other equipment that I can use in place of the regular equipment like your lower body or the upper body equipment in the circuit. Many different ways to get your workout in if you’re just willing to show up!
