I’ve had an excellent experience at the Planet Fitness on North Plank Rd! The gym is perfectly laid out, clean, and easy to navigate. From day one, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist when needed. As someone who has undergone both ACL and MCL replacement surgeries, finding the right equipment is crucial to my recovery and fitness goals. The Step One low-impact machine has been instrumental in helping me rebuild strength safely. I truly appreciate that this location offers it—but with only two available, I would love to see more added in the future to meet demand. I recently switched from the Newburgh Mall location, and I can honestly say the environment here feels more supportive, inclusive, and truly reflects the “Judgement Free Zone” philosophy. Thank you to the team for creating such a positive and motivating space!
