Your staff goes above and beyond to help when to have questions. I have belonged to NY Sports Club, Golds Gym and All Sport. Your staff is welcoming and took the time to explain the plans on the phone when I called. I immediately left All Sport and switched to Planet Fitness based on my experience with your staff on the phone. I have not been disappointed at all since joining! Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment where I can work out and relax.

Plenty of equipment. Always very clean. People who work their are very friendly.

The range of machines, the other people who work out there, the staff (but they could be better about respecting gender identity and not assume someone is a he or a she, someone could be a they!), the spa elements like hydro massage and red light, that I can always find a PF no matter where I’m traveling.
