The employees are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is both relaxed and energized in all the right ways. I feel comfortable exercising here without feeling like I'm being watched or judged. It's busy enough so that I'm not working out alone, but also quiet enough that I'm not overwhelmed by people or waiting for a turn to use any of the equipment.
