Planet Fitness Norcross is an exceptional facility. The staff make my visit every single time and I love the culture that is behind the front desk. The trainer, Maria, is the most impressive trainer I have met, more people should be taking her classes!

As a Marketing Director with many years of experience in customer service, I have to say this is by far my favorite Planet Fitness location. The new one in Peachtree Corners (by Talpa) is a very close second, but this location truly stands out. Diamond and Talyn are tremendous—always professional, welcoming, and attentive. They really make the experience feel customer-focused. The gym itself is consistently clean, well-maintained, and creates an environment where I always feel comfortable working out. It’s rare to find a location that blends customer service, cleanliness, and atmosphere so seamlessly. This one does, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I love this planet fitness compared to the pleasent hill location. I go to the pleasant hill one to train with my sister. Norcross is actually my home gym. The front/ entrance staff is ALWAYS friendly! And when it’s slow they get to work whether it’s cleaning or seeing if we need anything. The equipment is CLEAN. Bathroom is CLEAN. I haven’t went to the black card rooms yet but I’m sure they are spotless. I reccomend this gym to my friends and also my sister bc the staff is fantastic and like I mentioned before it’s CLEAN. I have no complaints so far and I hope I never have one.
