I loved planet fitness, nice huge gym. The AC there isn't as low as other planet fitness, so tended to get hot and machines are starting to age, so we're breaking quite a bit. But overall I loved my experience. I left because I loved snd moved my membership to the Hampton location.

The staff is so friendly and personable. They also respond quickly and proactively to issues. Additionally, I love the Smith press with the flat bar at the top. At 5', I can't reach the traditional pull up bar, but I can reach the tol bat of the press.

Clean, great staff, awesome customer services! Recently there was a misunderstanding with one of this surveys and the manager Angela approach me directly to check on me and make sure my visits at the gym were enjoyable. She was great and super friendly as most of the staff.
