I was a member for many years and really appreciated being able to go to locations all over the US (and even in Canada) with my membership. It was awesome to be able to bring my husband as a guest sometimes as well. I simply moved far away (abroad) and couldn't justify keeping the membership anymore as I was rarely in a place where I could use it. If I move back within range, I'll join Planet Fitness again. Thanks for all the years of awesome facilities, staff and availability!

I loved planet fitness, nice huge gym. The AC there isn't as low as other planet fitness, so tended to get hot and machines are starting to age, so we're breaking quite a bit. But overall I loved my experience. I left because I loved snd moved my membership to the Hampton location.

The staff is so friendly and personable. They also respond quickly and proactively to issues. Additionally, I love the Smith press with the flat bar at the top. At 5', I can't reach the traditional pull up bar, but I can reach the tol bat of the press.

Clean, great staff, awesome customer services! Recently there was a misunderstanding with one of this surveys and the manager Angela approach me directly to check on me and make sure my visits at the gym were enjoyable. She was great and super friendly as most of the staff.
