The staff is so friendly and personable. They also respond quickly and proactively to issues. Additionally, I love the Smith press with the flat bar at the top. At 5', I can't reach the traditional pull up bar, but I can reach the tol bat of the press.

Clean, great staff, awesome customer services! Recently there was a misunderstanding with one of this surveys and the manager Angela approach me directly to check on me and make sure my visits at the gym were enjoyable. She was great and super friendly as most of the staff.

I have been impressed throughout the process of evaluating (trial workout), joining, and now enjoying my membership at the Norfolk Planet Fitness. The gym is always well-staffed, clean, and maintained (though the water fountain being out this week is not good). From the first encounter with Hugh when I came in for my trial workout (first time stepping foot in a PF) to my daily check-ins, my interactions with the team have been great. And the other members seem to be a good bunch. Kudos to the team and management.

I love going to gym when I had the time, I hated to cancel but I was not going due to work and hated paying for a service I was not using. I would like to say Alexis at the Planet Fitness on Little Creek Rd (near Shore Dr. in Norfolk VA) went above and beyond to help me cancel my membership. I was about to leave upset over a mistake in the computer which would have made me pay to cancel my membership, but Alexis went above and beyond what most employees would have done and was able to correct the error and I did not have to pay to cancel. I will be back once I have more time, the staff are great at this location and it's always clean.
