The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I started my journey at Planet Fitness while I was on oxygen and the staff helped me every single step of the way by giving me advice, showing me how the machines work and what to do and how to do it. Along with showing me the additional amenities that the facilities offers and going as far as showing me how to operate everything. Taking their time to make me feel welcome and more importantly comfortable every single time I walk in the door. I honestly cannot say enough about how much I absolutely love North Huntingdon Planet Fitness. I want to especially point out Emily and Katrina. Katrina has been there since the moment I walked in like 2 years ago and I was very very anxious and lost. She showed me so much support and encouragement, I can honestly say if it wasn’t for her and Brett I would’ve never continued coming. They made me feel like I belonged. It’s probably the first time I’ve ever felt like I’ve belonged anywhere. And then I had the privilege of meeting Emily once she became the morning person and I could go on and on about her. She is absolutely AMAZING!!! All the members love her. She treats everyone with kindness and respect. She’s knowledgeable and she is eager to help at any moment. I could literally go on on about her. These people have changed my life. These people have saved my life. I’m no longer on the oxygen like I was and these people are the reason why. Thank you for your time.

Our North Huntingdon PF has been accommodating and the staff listens to the wants and/or needs of the particular class that I attend. Everything from getting us additional weights to use, providing us 2 trainers Andi and John who are dedicated to conducting our classes. They don't judge us for laughing with or at each other, it's a great fit! We are challenged and acknowledged by them for showing up, that is great motivation.

I've been to several gyms over the years, but this Planet Fitness location truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a spotless facility, everything from the locker rooms to the workout floor is consistently clean and well-maintained. The equipment is always sanitized and neatly organized, which makes for a comfortable and stress-free workout environment. What really makes this gym exceptional, though, is the staff. Every single team member I've interacted with has been friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Whether it's a warm greeting at the front desk or quick assistance with equipment, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and supported. Their positive energy creates a truly judgment-free atmosphere. If you're looking for a clean, well-run gym with outstanding customer service, this is the place. Highly recommend!
