Luis was so helpful and just a bright light to the gym! As soon as I walked and scanned in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a good luck on my lift! I had some questions throughout my lift and Luis did an amazing job explaining and helping me out!

The North Hurst Planet Fitness facility is a great fitness venue. It is one of the nicest health clubs on the Planet. Diverse and new workout equipment, lots of cardio machines, and everything is kept exceptionally clean. The Staff is constantly cleaning, straightening, and keeping the club very neat and tidy. Speaking of the Staff, they are all exceptional. Abel, Rob, and Tim and the others are always so welcoming and friendly, and look like they really enjoy their jobs. They greet you when you enter and wish you a "good day" when you exit, and they are always very helpful with any questions you may have. Can't say enough good things about the North Hurst club and Staff. The only reason I am not inclined to give the club a "10" is I don't want it to become too crowded. lol But it is clearly a 10 or 11!

Availability of machines. Weights availability is very limited. It seems the amenities such as the massage chairs are open to all members and there is little reason to pay for the black membership level.
