The employees are so nice and friendly. They are always very helpful! They greet us when we come in. We are Black Card members so employees are always very nice when we use the massage chair and hydro bed. Equipment is always in good order and clean. The whole facility is well kept!

The Staff - 100%!! Always so kind and and welcoming and pleasant and respectful. The other patrons can by cranky or rude, sometimes it's super busy and hard to get on the equipment you need BUT the staff always makes up for any inconvenience.
