Gym is always clean and staff is super friendly. I just wouldn’t recommended spending an annual fee plus the monthly fee in the same month. Nothing to do with the staff, that’s with corporate.

Gym seems to be most of the time clean, equipment for the most part good working order. Staff always acknowledge when I check in .. most of the time very friendly. Only comment is mens restroom only one sink works and there are no paper towels.

This location is very NICE. It’s big and spacious and it’s always so clean. Let’s not forget the new equipment they have. I wish this location was here in Florida. I enjoyed coming here while I was in Cleveland.

I like the space it provides for workouts whether you are working out solo or with others, North Randall has plenty of cardio machines to the point you don't have to wait for availability no matter what time you come to the facility. It is always clean and the staff are usually walking around wiping down equipment and removing trash. My few interactions with the staff have been positive and helpful.
