Big gym, but everything is laid out nicely. Not too crowded, and close to home. Plenty of options for equipment even when people were on machines I wanted to use. I also really liked that there was no wait for the massage chair. I definitely plan to come back!

Gym is always clean and staff is super friendly. I just wouldn’t recommended spending an annual fee plus the monthly fee in the same month. Nothing to do with the staff, that’s with corporate.

What I like about my Planet Fitness North Randall experience is that there is no pressure!! And I can work out at my own pace 💪 And people don't bother you. It's a very pleasant experience ☺️

Gym seems to be most of the time clean, equipment for the most part good working order. Staff always acknowledge when I check in .. most of the time very friendly. Only comment is mens restroom only one sink works and there are no paper towels.
