I highly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a great place to start their fitness journey.** Everyone who works there is super nice and kind, especially the manager who speaks Spanish. There's also a new employee who speaks Spanish as well—he is very kind and polite. They both make the environment welcoming and supportive.

5 Stars – Great Equipment & Super Clean!
I’ve been going to Planet Fitness for a few months now, and I’m honestly impressed. The gym is very well-equipped, with a wide variety of machines for cardio and strength training. Everything is modern and well-maintained, which makes working out so much easier and more enjoyable.
One of the things I appreciate the most is how clean the whole place is. Staff are constantly wiping down machines, and there are plenty of cleaning stations for members to use too. Even the locker rooms and washrooms are spotless.
The atmosphere is welcoming and non-intimidating, which is perfect if you’re not a hardcore gym rat. It’s just a comfortable, judgment-free space where everyone can focus on their own goals.
Overall, highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with friendly staff and a great vibe!

I’ve been to several gyms over the years, but Planet Fitness North Vancouver truly stands out — and a big reason for that is the incredible manager, Gehret. He is an absolute gem and a shining example of what customer service should look like. Gehret not only listens to members' concerns with genuine empathy, but also actively works to find solutions. You can tell he truly cares about the people who walk through those doors. He’s approachable, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond. Honestly, he deserves a raise and a promotion — he’s the face of what Planet Fitness customer service should be across all locations.
The rest of the staff are also friendly, helpful, and keep the gym running smoothly. The facility is always clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit a positive one.
The only minor feedback I have is regarding the massage chair — it could really use an upgrade. Other than that, everything else is top-notch.
If you're looking for a supportive, clean, and friendly gym environment, Planet Fitness North Vancouver is the place to be. Big shoutout to Gehret for making it such a great experience every single time!
