Actually left Monroeville PF because it was packed on Memorial Day and came to North Versailles hoping it wasn't crowded. Was pleased to find a much more spacious club with fewer people which allowed me to catch a great full workout and shower before the 1pm closing. Found everything to be great at this club. have already returned today!

Let’s face it. Not everything is Unicorns and Rainbows every day. Some days, things just fall through the cracks. I experience a problem transferring my Silver Sneakers account from one gym to the North Versailles gym. This problem was quickly resolved by the Manager. Her response fast and efficient. I can’t wait to start visiting this gym 2 or 4 days a week.

I love that when I voiced my concerns regarding some of the equipment, it was handled immediately and I received a call regarding my concerns. I really appreciate that. As previously stated , the staff are always very kind and helpful. The gym is always in tip top shape regarding cleanliness and I see the staff cleaning very often too. Makes me feel at ease. Thank you for all of your efforts.
