Great staff, friendly and helpful and the gym is clean and well maintained. I only wish their were a grab bar in each of the mens shower rooms. PLEASE put a bench in each of the two other mens changing rooms. The floor is wet usually and no one wants to set their gym bag or socks, shoes etc. in a puddle of water. Thanks

I’m familiar with the machines you have, that’s key. The message chairs and hydro message chairs are great. I’m dealing with a bad back and the messages give me moments of temporary relief. The lockers and bath rooms are spacious and clean, that’s always a plus! The cost of joining was not prohibitive. So even if I made a mistake in joining, I don’t feel like I wasted too much money. My discipline to continue may wane, but I’m hopeful I can continue.
