Very kind welcome each day from the two managers. Machines are kept clean and floors all around the machines, attendants listen carefully when I mention any problem, I love getting my workout every day in a great facility, and always get a “have a great day” when I walk out the door.

The facility and the equipment is always clean. The staff works hard and is always friendly and courteous. The equipment is awesome, have never seen a malfunction. The ratio of machines to people is great. The other customers are very nice. Parking and location are great.

Everyone's there to do their own thing, nobody bothers you, a great variety of equipment to use, plus the blackcard room is a great way to relax your muscles after a good workout.

Great workers at Northampton location (Thú especially! He’s great) very helpful and knowledgeable about equipment and workouts. Good music, working machines. I only wish that Planet Fitness offered a Red Light therapy room for black card holders instead of tanning, I never see anyone use the tanning beds (waste of electricity and space) plus UV rays like that aren’t healthy. Red light would be a better alternative and more healing post workout!! It would definitely bring more business in as well
