Very upset that two months ago I was charged late fees I always have money in my account I don't know what went wrong and I also gave you a secondary form of payment and I'm very upset that I was charged a late fee I'm not broke I have money in the bank that's already upsetting I also have referred to call employees to planet fitness and they signed up and did I get competitive for my credited for my recommendation other than that I wish you guys would lower the music it's way too loud some of us are older and we don't like it that loud just no reason to have the music burn up that loud

the staff is very helpful and friendly. the gym is kept clean and neat. the equipment is plentiful and there is plenty of room between the machines so that the exercisers don't feel at all cramped, but there is room for a conversation if wanted.

I’m so happy I found this PF location. It feels spacious, all the areas are kept clean, the women’s restroom is always clean and smells good, all the equipment is up to date/works/looks maintained, and their staff is awesome/welcoming. I have come in the afternoons and night and the quality is still always there. I would highly recommend this location and can’t talk about it/adore it enough.
