I love the full circuit training where I can get a good workout and hit every part of my body. I also love having the Hydro beds afterwards to help with the muscles. I just worked out. It’s nice to work out and nobody bother you.

This dedicated team ensures all equipment is super clean and operable while maintaining the facilities close to pristine. Very pleased in way the staff and management keeps the facility nice and clean. The new floor plan layout as well as the new equipment(s) was an added boost! Rose and her staff Ty, Rich, & Christian just to name a few are very professional and courteous 😊 if Rose can work her magic for a lateral raise machine ( shoulder ) that will be epic 🥳🍾 🎉
