The staff is very friendly, quick to help, I see them constantly patrolling to refill the paper towels and sanitizer, soap, toilet paper, re racking all loose weights or attachments.

I have rarely been so impressed! The facilities are all clean and in top condition. And the friendly staff went way out of their way for me. I am excited to be a new member!

Jakeem is the reason why I go to the Norwalk Planet Fitness. When he is not there the gym has a completely different vibe.. The staff does need to make sure equipment is clean. Patrons do not wipe down their machines so the staff should clean machines not being used at the time to ensure cleanliness.
