I enjoy the staff and participants the most. Staff are extremely friendly, professional, and engaging and I like coming in to a greeting and well wishes upon completing my workout and leaving. I like the size of the club and the organization and since 01/2025 have lost 21 lbs of weight, so am using the systems effectively. I really enjoy the newest trainer, Matt. He is very kind and helpful understanding the various body areas I want to focus on and the best equipment to use. One small complaint is that the broken equipment seem to take months to get fixed, and that is no exaggeration. MONTHS! The systems should be changed out or fixed within a days and I hope you will address this or the next review I write will be more feedback directed at the lost opportunities to work out due to broken equipment.

The planet fitness in Norwich CT is well maintained, very clean, and the staff is kind. Plenty of machines and weights to do many workouts. I wish they had 6 smith machines instead of 4. The smith machines are the busiest and it is annoying to wait. They have 6 smith machines at the Groton CT location and I would love to see them do that here. There is plenty of room to add 2 more right behind the 4 that are currently there.

The machines are usually available and bathrooms decent. I'd like to see the entry doors cleaner and the stretching room vacuumed (edges). I lay on the flooe in there and it's not very clean.
