I enjoy not feeling in competition with others. I am really comfortable. I also enjoy going into the planet fitness spa after a good workout and happy I can go anytime of the day and night, because sometimes I have to go really late and I feel protected, comfortable and safe. I also really enjoy interacting with staff at the West Oakland location on 7th ave in Oakland, Ca.

The employees are very kind and respectful,Almost everywhere is very clean.There is a senetaizer almost every 10 steps.There are also paper towels and cleaning spray everywhere, I hope there is sennazer in it.It would also be great if there was a vacuum ventilation in every corner that cleans the air, this is not available in any gym.You can buy it from cosco for $100.:) I think you should increase the memberships. Because you need to increase the customer quality. The customer quality is very low, Also the employees are really kind and respectful. This is not normal in a city like Oakland. You can't find this anywhere. I really thank you for your service.
