I especially liked Jack the trainer who was so knowlegable and could suggest doing something differently that was easier for me. I stopped going because I recently adopted a recuse dog and all the walking I started doing for him was alot for me on my knees and hips so I figured this was enough exercise for me. I am 80. Up to that point I enjoyed the classes and learned how to stretch properly which made a big difference in my workouts. I still use what I learned about stretching. There are also videos I can look up if I feel I need to do regular exercise but at this point in my life and my age I am ok with walking my dog several times a day and starting the morning with stretching. I did notice that hardly anyone was told we had a trainer. I actually told a couple of new people so they could look into scheduling a class with Jack. He teaches you the correct way to do your exercises because you can hurt yourself doing them wrong. He also instructs the correct way to use the equipment. It is a wonderful experience for older people so they are able to keep moving when they get older. Being able to get up off the floor is a big problem as we age. Jack helped me with that too by showing me the correct way to get up without help. Planet Fitness is great!!!
Jack, Danny and the entire staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is extremely clean and stocked with quite a variety of fitness equipment for all members.
