My planet fitness experience has been great. I am in a beginning stage of the gym experience. I would specifically like to thank Tyler at the Oconomowoc campus for the support and education given in this new journey of mine. He has been exceptionally helpful with his knowledge and encouragement. I hope Tyler is being recognized and appropriately compensated for all the hard work and dedication to the organization. He demonstrates a genuine care and concern for the clientele. Without a doubt he is an asset to pf Oconomowoc, WI-USA.

Well, I'm not a fitness buff.. but through Medicare I enjoy being able to use PF. But my BIG disappointment now is, I can't use the massage chairs! And I'm sorry, even if it's only $15 a month, my social security just wouldn't stretch that far. And that was the part I loved best when I was actually coming on a regular basis. I'm just so disappointed with that new ruling.

I enjoy the lay out, plenty of space and I never feel closed in, not that this is a problem, but I do see that the facility runs out of weights and weight machines pretty quick, while the treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, etc, are always half empty, it seems the facility could use less of those and install more weight bearing machines and free weights areas

What I really liked about my visit at Oconomowoc Planet Fitness was: I am new to the fitness world, pretty lost at getting started. all i knew was warm up on a tree mill or bike. Got on a bike rode for 20 minutes- don't know how I should set the work out though. Then I walked around tried couple machines looking at my phone trying to figure it out. Pretty discouraged. Went to desk and asked for help, David helped out quite a bite for my days work out. Next time I go hope I get the help of other machines like I did with David. So I set it up right and know availability of certain muscle groups. Kudos to David. What would be really helpful is to have some beginner classes. The app is not the same as having someone to talk with to get the right advise. Thank you

The club is very clean and well kept. Staff is very nice. A couple small issues - allowing high school kids in for free during the summer is probably a great promotion. However, they sit and chat with each other while on the weight equipment. This is very frustrating for paying members. If you are to continue this promotion I would strongly suggest enforcing some level of etiquette. Secondly, I visit PF nearly every day. I can clearly see that the ellipticals are rarely used. I don't use them either because they are uncomfortable. Bring back the Life Fitness equipment, like the ARC trainers. It must be clear to everyone that the current elliptical equipment is not liked. thank you for listening.

Planet Oconomowoc is kept very clean. The greeting and exit from the personal is very good. I have recommended several people to the center. If there is a problem with a piece of equipment it is usually taken care of quickly.
