It’s a great gym , nice people and staff is always helpful. It has plenty of room and equipment to use. Not any kids ruff housing and no horse play. I never feel judged or embarrassed or intimidated by anyone. And on multiple occasions when I was having poor lifting techniques, people were kind enough to let me know and give me a spot or encouragement. I love the gym and the atmosphere it provides and its facilities are always warm or cool to the correct temperature so you don’t over heat or feel cold. PF IS GREAT!
