Love the Ohio City Planet Fitness. Only cancelled to take advantage of Silver Sneakers. Member for 2 years visiting 70% of that time. Customer service always friendly, weight machines perfect for my age group, ellipticals always available. Mornings and late afternoons good times to avoid crowds. Cleanliness up and down but some of that has to be attributed to the clients. Very glad to have this gym in my neighborhood.

So far so good, great staff who is always helpful and friendly. Only thing I’ve noticed is the paper towel dispensers are either not set up correctly or doesn’t not have paper inside. This has happened a handful of times that I’ve went.

great location, great equipment. affordable price. Cleanliness can be improved. However, overall, it is a great resource for residents of the near west side of Cleveland.
