It's clean. The staff is welcoming to everyone. It's been a very pleasant experience so far, and I'm happy about that. I was nervous going in, since I haven't been to a gym in like ... ever. But everyone is relaxed, doing their own thing, and the "judgement free" motto is real, y'all!

I've been a member of Planet Fitness for the past three years, and my experience has been consistently positive.The gym maintains a high standard of cleanliness, which is something I've always appreciated-equipment is regularly wiped down, and the locker rooms are well-kept. The staff is another stand out Ally is amazing as well as Jennifer , Natalie , Erick, Gunner and the other team members. They're always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. All of the staff are patient and caring. The equipment is modern with a wide variety of cardio and strength training. Overall Planet Fitness 36th st offers a welcoming and well organized environment that makes it easy to stay committed to my health journey and this location . I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, no pressure gym experience.
