Friendly staff. Clean and equipment are what I need for a great environment. I also use Planet fitness in Surprise Arizona when I go there in the winter. They are not as clean and equipment takes forever to get repaired.

This location has more of a home gym feel. The lighting inside is darker, which I LOVE! The stretching area is more private and there are a few machines that the Bellevue and CB locations don’t have. I also like that there’s more than 4 stair climbers.

Plant Fitness is very clean, however there is one issue that I've came across, My husband and I both went to this location, we moved to Council Bluffs and I switched my membership to the Council Bluffs location, My Husband had the Black Card for FREE because he is an Omaha Firefighter, with this Black card, he could us any PF at any time, well this is where the problem is, once we moved to Council Bluffs, for whatever reason PF canceled his Black card, he used your gym all the time, we went back to this location-84th St. to talk with the manger, he said, my husband will need to join as a "New Member" for $15.00 a month or $30.00 for Black Card, the manger stated we could e-mail the PF head office & explained to them that our Free Black Card was cancelled, I e-mailed planet fitness, a very detailed explanation of how this not right. to this day I have yet to receive an e-mail back from Planet Fitness, could someone please call or e-mail me back on this issue?

The employees are all professional and keep the gym stocked and clean. The locker room, bathroom, shower area is kept clean and stocked. The tanning beds and massage beds are clean and amazing to use! This gym is fantastic!!
