The fact that they continue to upgrade the equipment. Please keep adding more machines that are bilateral that you can add the free weights to it those machines work great much better than the older machines that use the bands and stacked weights with the pins to adjust.

Clean, bright, floors & friendly employees. Need more "nu-step" type machines. The number plaques on the tv's have never been correct (one number off) and cover part of the screen. The tv sound has a click, click ....in our earphones.

The facility facility is usually clean and the help is friendly. It is usually not overly busy so the machines are assessable. It was also refreshing to see they had enough guts to have the E.W.T.N. network on for a while. The other members are all very nice and friendly.

Looks like a lot of employees I was used to no longer work at the gym but I like the openess with space. Being able to use any machine without feeling like someone is breathing down your neck is a good thing.
