There's a lot to like. For one, employees are friendly. Second, I like that I usually can find plenty of room on the floor for my stretch/yoga routine. I was very glad when the 30-minute workout circuit was eliminated as it opened up spaced that simply wasn't being optimized. Temperature is always spot on, and I say this being someone who's characteristically hot-blooded. Some equipment needs a bit of upkeep, but it seems many things (loose parts, stretched cables, tears in vinyl padding, squeaky chains, etc.) had been addressed when the gym was renovated not too long ago. Why not a 10? There are too many people who don't follow the rules, and there's apparently no enforcement. It's not uncommon to see/hear someone talking about absolutely nothing important while they pedal one mile per hour on a stationary bike. The problem is two-fold: not only is that person distracting others, but they're distracting themselves from a quality workout. It's fine to answer one's phone let the caller know one will call them back or to trade information quickly, but actual conversations need to be discouraged.
