As I said in your last survey, I have been coming to Planet Fitness for ten years and it's accommodating for older people like me, I wish to be in the exercise class so I can do exercise to all my muscles.
One can exercise in peace and no one is using foul language .
That you are always open. I go later at night when there aren't as many people make it more convenient to workout when I want to instead of like almost every other place of having to go during there hours which is doable but not convenient and less likely to be consistent with my workouts.
The employees are friendly and helpful. I also like knowing when a machine is inoperable it will be fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
One concern I have in the 30 minute room is that for a few years there are certain groups 2-3 usually younger people that exercise together and they go back and forth between the same machines holding them hostage to other middle/ senior customers. I usually have to leave that area looking for other machines that will do the same body areas.
Not too crowded, a/c good, nice variety of machines, spacious.
The bad, since you won’t ask: bathrooms out of order too much. Broken machines take too long to fix- the back extension has been broken for a month now, and there isn’t a similar machine. Overhead tv’s are mostly news and sports- way too much and staff can’t adjust them. Sometimes 2 or 4 of them aren’t even working at all. A fair number of the stairclimbers perpetually have error codes and are inoperable.
