The staff here is always great and friendly. The facility is extremely clean, and there is always somebody cleaning something. The equipment is always in great working order! I travel for work and am at various Planet Fitness locations throughout the country. This one is definitely one of the best I’ve been to. Kudos to the team here!

This is a really good gym overall. It’s clean, has plenty of equipment to target all muscle groups, and I never feel like I’m waiting too long to use anything. The staff is friendly and keeps the place running smoothly, and the vibe is welcoming whether you’re new or a regular. Solid spot to get a good workout in!

I originally go to the Planet Fitness in Dr. Phillips area. Due to renovation, I started going on Monday, August 18 to the Planet Fitness at Hunter Creek. Not gonna lie, It’s a very nice looking GYM. Very spacious and lots of equipment to get your exercise in without waiting for someone to finish using the equipment. So Monday and Tuesday the gentleman that was there at 3:30 AM, which is when I go to the gym was very nice and helpful but unfortunately today August 20 when I went to the gym at 3:30 AM, while I was walking inside to use my barcode to sign in the staff member that was at the front desk, which I do not recall his name was talking to an older gentleman, and I’m guessing that older gentleman was asking him that he sees new people at the gym and the staff member tells him what is going on with the planet fitness at Dr. Phillips and that’s why he sees new faces and then all of a sudden the staff member tells the gentlemen that “unfortunately we’re gonna have six weeks of this”. Now I took this the wrong way! I took it like if he was bothered because a few of us from the other gym we’re going to be there bothering him. Now to make things clear I know on my behalf, I don’t like having to drive 10 extra minutes to go to another gym because the planet fitness at Dr. Phillips is right by my house, It takes me five minutes to get there, but unfortunately, I know that the gym is being renovated so I have to do it because I don’t wanna miss two months without going to the gym and also I am a black card plus member so that means I can go to any planet fitness I choose too and the staff, specially this particular staff member needs to understand that.
But other than that, that gym looks amazing the equipment looks and feels brand new and I’m gonna keep going there from now on.
