I would like to make some suggestions: the bathrooms are very dirty. Try to perform maintenance more frequently during the day, and I've also found the showers to be very dirty.
As for customer service, I recommend the guys there are very good people. I would recommend looking people in the eye more and saying hello more often, because sometimes they do and other times they don't. I think they could use more friendliness.
I want to highlight the friendliness, kindness, people skills, and super attentiveness of the manager who wears a black t-shirt. He's super friendly.
The reception team should be like him, always there to serve you and always smiling wherever you see them.
I reiterate, I'm amazed by the gym. I love it; I go six days a week.
I arrived home excited, telling all my family that it was the best gym I had ever been to because of all its members.
In fact, since I'm a certified personal trainer, I sent my resume to Planet Fitness for a part-time position and never received a response.
