The staff are always friendly and helpful. The bathroom/locker room is always well taken care of and if there's anything in disarray, the staff are quick to correct it. The trainer at the Owosso store is extremely knowledgeable and professional, she truly cares about the customers. The addition of heavier dumbbells and the new weights and platforms that are incoming are an exciting improvement. Personally, I was planning to cancel my membership so I could get some more barbells in my routine at a different gym, but now with these new additions, I don't think I'll have to. It's awesome to see planet fitness evolve into an all encompassing fitness center.

Really like the staff…helpful, but also personable. Like the benefits of tanning, water massage, red light at reasonable rate. Machines are attended to in timely manner and usually pretty tidy. I have recommended this gym to family and several are black card holders. I also bring guests from time to time to get them interested.
