Well since I'm a sliver sneaker member..tbe gym membership is free to me and I honestly have to give a SHOUT OUT to KAT..at the front desk at the PLANET FITNESS in PAINESVILLE. OH..she's been so nice and helpful...and explained things to me...how to set up my phone with ur APP and has shared other info with me about the facility...she's been so helpful!!..and employees ..there have no problem helping out if you have a question about how to use their new machi es..etc..so far..nothing g but a positive experience 😊
