This Planet Fitness is always clean everywhere, with good air temperature, never too crowded, superbly friendly and helpful employees. Big Deal: The new manager (Josh) has provided a broader selection of TV stations to watch while on cardio machines. Have been asking for greater variety for 2 years, but Josh made it happen last month! 👍 The only drawback is the lack of dedicated space for stretching, medicine ball wall tosses, jumping rope, etc.. But since this location is always improving in some way, I can see "something" happening, like an adjacent tenant moving out, delivering an opportunity for additional open space.

In recent months the Palatine, Il location has cleaned itself up. I stopped going after our manager from 2024 left. He kept the place clean and involved. His employees knew they needed to work while being there. Then…..he left and dirty and unfriendly and smelly conditions became the norm. I’m happy to see the reversal. I am happy to return and spread the word!
