I am happy with the variety of equipment. The facility is clean and aesthetically looks welcoming. I love the hydro beds and deep tissue chairs. I understand the marketing of inviting teens in for the summer. I am just disappointed in how busy it gets and not being able to get on the machines. I don't appreciate those that spend more time visiting at machines than working out. It might be better to offer certain hours that they are allowed to work out. Thank you

I like that the staff always greet and say good bye- that makes it feel kind and welcoming. I see them cleaning frequently which is nice, and it is a clean gym. They are professional staff. I can meet my exercise needs with the equipment there.

I'm greeted on my way in and out the door. The price is right. It's clean and no one bothers me. I can workout in peace. The machines have some direction and the videos are helpful since I really have never been to a gym before Planet Fitness.

Great location (walking distance), the hours are acceptable to me, 100% of the machines are functional nearly 100% of the time. I noticed some machines have been getting new padding. Sometimes the machines get "sticky" but later they work smoothly, so someone has been checking and keeping them maintained. The staff is really friendly and relatable. Some room for improvement: There is only 1 pectoral fly machine, and it's hogged by people all the time. People leave their stuff on it so they can walk away and come back. They take long breaks between sets and sit there scrolling their phones. It seems like that machine in particular needs a second one. The locker room could really use another bench or two (the with the back rest). Some of the full-height lockers are missing shelves. It's awkward to not have a place to sit down and get dressed near the good lockers. Sometimes there are young guys in the locker rooms taking pictures of themselves, likely including me in the background getting dressed. I'm kind of uncomfortable about that.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Every single staff greeted me from the moment I walked in until I left the gym. The manager took time out of his busy schedule to give a tour. I admire this because usually managers are “too busy” and pass things like tours to their staff. The environment was clean and had a great amount of space and equipment. The manager at this location is doing an extraordinary job. Thank you!

I have Silver Sneaker and have signed up with multiple fitness locations. Among all that I go, your facility, I have to say is the most pleasant to go to and you should pet on your back for your effort. I am always greeted at the front entry staff when arriving and leaving, staff goes around and make sure all of supply is in order so supply never runs out, the equipment and floors are cleaned in regular bases, were and tear items are I have Silver Sneakers and have signed up with multiple fitness locations. Among all the facilities I visit, yours is, I have to say, the most pleasant to go to, and you should pat yourself on the back for your effort. I am always greeted by the friendly front desk staff upon arriving and leaving. Staff members regularly check and ensure all supplies are well-stocked, so they never run out. The equipment and floors are cleaned on a regular basis, and wear-and-tear items are repaired with a relatively fast turnaround time. The facility is managed in a way that users respect each other, and the place is bright with very nice and working TV sets. It can be difficult to keep wet areas clean, like the men's room. Despite that, your shower facility isn't too bad, but it could use a bit of improvement, in my opinion.in relatively fast turnaround time.
