I've already referred three people to planet fitness... Especially the one in Palm Desert. The staff are friendly. That really matters to me because I am in the hospitality business I work at a high end hotel and I notice. The staff set the tone. They smile welcome you and you never feel like you're bothering them. I like the range of equipment. Everything is clean. There's enough space so that it's not cramped. And I love the subtle affirmations of" no judgment zone".
