The employee who helped me cancel my membership for the time being was courteous , genuine and graceful in doing so, I didn’t feel pressured to continue my membership while I am going through some health issues, and once I’m on the other side and feeling better will consider joining the gym again.

I love the gym, but I would like to see staff members watch members who camp out on equipment. A man set up on the machine that is for chest and/or, back, flies, it's extremely popular and there is one machine. He had set up a bench in front and several dumbell weights. He sat on the machine talking on his phone barely working out. Had I wanted to use the machine, I wouldn't have hesitated to tell him to move on! Other members are not as assertive as I am, I know gym etiquette, but many members are not as aware of this nor as assertive when it comes to asking people, "how many more sets", "are you almost done". Your staff ought to be aware and watch for others such as the man I described taking over a piece of equipment. In the bathroom: Please provide paper towels, I'm all for the environment, but sometimes we need a paper towel! lol, Thank you.

Palm Desert planet fitness is a clean and enjoyable place to be. All of the staff are very welcoming. I normally get to the gym about 9 pm. Since my recent enrollment I have talk to all of my co worker and family about this location and a must have membership. 10 out of 10 experience for me

The staff is friendly and the place is always clean. There's so much equipment available you never hae to wait for a treadmill or bicycle. In my case, it's less than ten minutes door to door, plus plenty of parking. Membership is just a really good deal. Glad Planet Fitness is in the neighborhood.
