clean / organized and welcoming to Seniors. Would suggest adding a few more machines that Seniors use. Also would pressure the Palm Desert Landlord to clean up the outside of the property and improve the outside lighting at night.

I have had positive experiences at PF. I typically go to the Palm Desert location. I would say my only complaint is in recent months have not been impressed with the cleaniness of the locker rooms. I think this is an area that could you alot of extra attention. The shower curtains are discusting (I quit showering here), hairs are everywhere, the garbages are full, floors dirty, etc. I think the frequency in which the locker rooms see attention should increase significantly. The staff is always really nice and friendly at the front desk. I appreciate a smile on arrival. Such a simple thing that so many places miss.

The machines are in good working condition...when I see a pad to a machine that is torn, it gets fixed fairly quickly. The staff are always polite when I check in and leave. There is always someone cleaning the equipment.
