Friendly staff. My one complaint is the TVs. I say this every time I fill out the survey. We need more variety!!! I do not want to watch QVC, brainless morning talk shows or mainstream news. Geez, how about a variety of news programs. Discovery and History channel.

I love planter fitness Parkersburg and I am a truck driver who drives over the road and I’ve been to many however with that being said, Parkersburg every time I go the place is extremely clean, staff nice and professional. The only thing I think you could work on is having more staff just to see one person behind the counter trying to check people in and take care of the black card membership in regards to tanning beds and so forth he was amazing and running around all over the place trying to ensure he took care of his customers so you have a good employee never once did he complain I do wish I would have gotten his name I was there between noon and 2

Pat and Marilyn make coming in during the morning a positive experience. I like the daily trivia questions. The equipment is clean and functional. One suggestion is to have a muddy shoe monitor. Too many "born in a barn" people are tracking in mud all over the facility.
