Everyone so far has been very helpful and very nice and we love the Black Card Spa area with massage chairs and hydro lounges/beds... it's a nice treat/reward after working out and leaves you ending your gym experience on a positive note which makes you more likely to return and I, for one, need all the motivation I can get when it comes to going to the gym/working out.

The facility is located near me. The staff is warm and friendly. The staff keep the gym clean and neat. I enjoy the interaction with other members. Manager Chris is exceptional.

I like everything but the massage chairs have been "out of order" for weeks. I always end my sessions with a massage from the chairs.Hopefully they are fixed soon so I can experience the amenities that comes with my "Black Card".
