The building is very clean. The entire staff is polite and attentive. There's plenty of equipment to use and the app helps me to select an ideal time to visit. No place is perfect but planet fitness comes very, very close.

Unfortunately, due to a chemo drug I was taking, I did not get to use the fitness center. Chemo drug doesn’t like heat and causes my skin to blister and break out into rashes. That’s why i cancelled my membership. I plan to eventually join again if I get healthier. My sisters have memberships with Planet Fitness and are very pleased. I would also like to compliment the young man at the gym that helped me cancel my membership. He was very kind and told me “you got this” and that touched my heart for a young athletic man to say those words to me.

It's clean and staff is very friendly. However i only use the circuit fitness room and so many people come in there to use just 1 or 2 of the machines. They get on the machine and use it for about 30 seconds then get on their phone and sit on the equipment on their phone for 15 minutes. I have to bypass that machine and go back to it but by the time i try and come back to it someone else is on it while they are on their phone too.
