My experience has been excellent. Representatives have shared services included with my membership. I have met with Rafael (Trainer) to learn more about the proper use of the machines and/or equipment, especially those seeming intimidating to me. The sessions are informative and encouraging. Flexibility, in time and schedule of trainer for workouts also helps.
