It's close to home. The managers are very nice. They reply when I leave a message. Awesome. The people that work in the middle of the night at the front desk are very nice and very accommodating. I work the night shift and I know it's very hard to stay up at night but they do a great job thank you.

I enjoy the enviorment the staff and the customers provides at night. It's usually peaceful and respectful of each individuals personal space. There are times when individuals come and like to have a more upbeat enviorment and the staff caters to that while still being able to respect others working out. I really appreciate the versatility of the staff and the clensliness and upkeep of the gym. They deserve a raise!

I'd like to commend the staff at the Penn Hills Planet Fitness on the great job they do. The staff does a fantastic job at maintaining the facility's equipment, its cleanliness and replenishing supplies (paper towels, disinfectant spray bottles) for the members. Also I'm always greeted with a smile and 'Good Morning" and a 'Have a great day' when I'm leaving. I was surprised to learn of the upcoming remodel/refurbish as the gym looks as 'new' the day I started... December 2014! Kudos to Penn Hills Staff !!

I have a black card I frequent many planet fitness locations in the East End. The Monroeville one is very bright. The Penn Hills one is a little dark.
