For my experience and observations, the equipments are very good and well sanitized.The staff are very accommodating.I suggest to the management to resume the previous privileges of the guest that the members bring along. As such, those privilege like massage wherein sometimes I don’t use it and that the guest that I bring along can benefit too.

They resolved my issue very quickly. (N. Sheridan Peoria) Sammie called me as soon as he heard about my getting charged numerous times for my annual fee. I spoke with Sammie and Hanna who got to the bottom of it. They were both so helpful and friendly and very apologetic for this honest mistake. I got refunded and a few months free which was nice. Even coming into the gym John, Hanna and Sammie are helpful and friendly always to me and all the customers.
