I enjoyed the flexibility of the hours, the massage beds, the stand up tanning and the equipment. Staff was extremely helpful on the equipment and my questions. Facility was always clean and tons of smiles and hellos with each visit. Thank you.

First and foremost, this is a great gym. I've been a member here for a long time. I have been a member at others. What sets PF apart from others is the location (convenient parking, lots of natural light), the equipment is up-to-date and well maintained, the entire gym and especially the locker room/toilets are very clean. This is largely due to the excellent staff. They are friendly, customer/member focused, hardworking and just over all...generally pleasant. I routinely go to PF around 8 AM weekdays. Good job PF Staff! Well done! That said, I have two complaints. I think #2 has been addressed and rectified. #1) I and a few other regulars at 8 AM like to use the TRX straps to warm up. Far too often, almost daily someone (a member?) disconnects the straps from the attachment bar. The" monkey bars". So, we have to step on a platform and reattach the straps. Yes, I could ask the staff to do so but that takes them away from the desk to greet members and is a waste of my time. The removal of the TYRX straps is a really big annoyance to us. I've been to other gyms where the TRX is attached to the wall. This could be done at PF. Either in the current corner room, or across the gym in the NW room. I, and others would really like to see this problem fixed. #2) For a couple months recently, there were many locks being left on men's lockers overnight. On several mornings at 8 AM I counted upwards up 20 locks. And there were no more than 8-10 men in the gym. This is a complaint not only from me, but other morning regulars. It becomes an unnecessary hassle finding a convenient locker. I spoke with Hannah on Saturday March 31 about this and she said this issue had been addressed by staff. And indeed, there are far fewer locks. Thanks! In summary, PF on Sheridan Road is a great gym. Well managed by the staff. A pleasant place to work out. With a pleasant and friendly group of other members, whether at regular morning hour or the occasional evening when I work out. Thank you for the excellent service and experience you provide.

The Peoria Sheridan store is phenomenal! The store mgr Sam should be your clone for every gym in the country. He cares about your customers & the business. Mario & Angel are nothing but caring. P2 was never the problem. East Peoria & the corporate team are your problem. Chefs kiss to P2 & the entire team.
