The staff is friendly no matter what time of day I go. I never gave trouble getting equipment that I want, there's plenty of space to move around. The locker rooms are really nice. I feel safe there.
My complaints are very minimal and don't detract from my experience much. There's been a shift to having someone check you in and not allowing the self scans. It's not a big deal just requires human interaction at 5am which is not my favorite lol And I believe there are 2 TVs with Fox News and they're on opposing ends of the gym so it's impossible to get away from. I don't believe there are 2 of any other channel, so it's just a bit disappointing and frustrating.
I travel the country and Planet Fitness at Grand Prarie is by far the nicest facility. There is usually staff at the front desk so I can get a chair. Can't tell you how frustrating it is when you go to locations in places like Orlando and you're paying for black card membership but don't get to use it because you can't find staff to check you into a massage chair. Also the massage chairs here are very good. I didn't know how bad they were in Orlando until I came back and jumped on the chairs here.
This location is close to family and keeps me on track when visiting family.
The front desk woman was friendly and even gave me a bottle water as the water dispenser was out of order. The location is always clean and staff helpful.
The staff is always helpful and kind. They were sensitive regarding my son's autism. He is my black card guest. They were very kind about asking if they could take his picture and making sure he was comfortable. There is a staff member who is a lady with silver hair and glasses. She is phenomenal at helping customers.
