Friendly staff…usually very well maintained other than occasionally the paper towel dispensers are out of towels or not working. Temperature and music is always just right. Good atmosphere. I would like to see some sort of speaker or call box in the VIP area that calls the front desk in order to start tanning beds or hydro massage. If you tan, you have to get dressed (shoes too) and walk back up front in order to get a hydro bed started. Big problem, I know…. Haha. Just a suggestion.

I had an issue with my membership payment not going through and only paid it right before I walked in for my workout so when I went to get a tanning bed it wouldn't let me so the nice lady at the counter figured out that that was the reason and quickly overrode the problem so I could get in to tan and get my workout done without any delay b/c I was still heading to work after this.
