It's super easy and quick to check in and start working out. The crowd is never too big, and they have plenty of machines for all areas. The employees are always super friendly and quick to help with any questions. They even take the time to explain certain perks and how to use the lockers.

Great customer service! Employees are always saying hello and bye. Sadly my one complaint is that lots of people, men and women, boys and girls are constantly occupying machines and not using the machine and are just there on their phones.

I have liked planet fitness since around 2015 when I became a member for the first time. Unfortunately, relocations and injuries sometimes have led me to abandon my fitness goals. However, I like that Planet Fitness almost always has a location near me that I can join. I also like the fact I can use my black card benefits everywhere! This is the best gym with the best prices!!!

I am attending mostly during the morning (5:30 am to 6:30am ) as is less crowded... The place is clean, fresh and energetic. It would be nice if you can have more Stair climbers, you have 4 only, and usually they are always in use.
