Equipment if broken gets fixed in a timely manner! The crew is always cleaning! I gave a 9 instead of a 10 because sometimes I go to the Columbus Georgia PF off of Manchester and I don’t understand why the Phenix City location doesn’t have the more up to date equipment i.e. the machines that count your reps then has the clock on them for a rest period. I like that! I’ve heard for some time now before Maurice came we’re next for an upgrade welp 2 years later no upgrade but you all at least did give us a couple of new machines that it didn’t have (Hack Squat, lying chest press) if you all could do that what’s the hold up on renewing the rest of the equipment?

My planet fitness is always great. There’s enough machines, they restock items when we run low like attachments and straps, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I’d like to get some free weight barbells in our gym and some of the newer hip thrust and RDL machines I’ve seen but our gym seems to bring in new equipment regularly enough and fix anything in. Timely manner.

Have been using Planet Fitness for years now!!! My experience has always been great. I have always had the black card which offers you the HydroMassage beds or the Massage chair as an addition to your workout. The Planet Fitness gyms are also conveniently located in the Columbus and the Phenix City areas. And they are the most affordable gym in the area.
