My planet fitness is always great. There’s enough machines, they restock items when we run low like attachments and straps, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I’d like to get some free weight barbells in our gym and some of the newer hip thrust and RDL machines I’ve seen but our gym seems to bring in new equipment regularly enough and fix anything in. Timely manner.

Have been using Planet Fitness for years now!!! My experience has always been great. I have always had the black card which offers you the HydroMassage beds or the Massage chair as an addition to your workout. The Planet Fitness gyms are also conveniently located in the Columbus and the Phenix City areas. And they are the most affordable gym in the area.

I like the manager. He carries himself in a professional matter. There is 2 things I believe needs to change. 1 I understand about allowing teens coming to the gym free during the summer. You hope they become paying customers in the future but you have paying customers waiting on machines while the students is socializing. 2. Example- 1 ab machine and people are racing to the machine when it comes open. Around 10 elliptical machines and 9 are open. I think it would be better money wise. It looks like a elliptical machine is more expensive than a ab machine

As states in my earlier comment that was submitted. I think it would be great if you would please install a sauna. Speaking as black woman and for my black community we do not use tanning beds and therefore it makes your club seem to cater to only one color of people. However we are all paying the same membership amount. If you would please review this request.
