The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and the equipment is in great condition. The staff are super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help out if you have any questions. I also love how inclusive and non-judgmental the environment feels, it truly lives up to the “Judgement Free Zone” promise. Whether I’m doing cardio, strength training, or just stretching out in the relaxation area, I always feel comfortable and motivated. It’s a great space for both beginners and regular gym-goers!

There is always someone, or two, staff members at the front desk to greet you which is great. Pf on Brock is noticeable clean all the time. Great gym to work out at.
