i like the hours being open 24 hours a day (which it was 7 days a week) its clean (the overnight staff does a great job) not a fan of the new papertowels though and they have a lot of issues with the tvs and consistently working overall, though i think it's a great place to go

Clean Friendly Staff In main room with treadmills and etc. The overhead fans a horrendous, it's freezing in this area and if on a bike or etc., the cold air blows constantly down on your neck and face. Not a good thing. Bells Palsy is caused by this type of constant cold airflow on the neck and face area. Otherwise great gym.

I like that everyone that I have come in contact with has been very pleasant, helpful and makes you feel very comfortable. I am impressed with how clean the North Adam's and Pittsfield stores were when I was in there. Planet fitness has a lot to offer and you can't beat the full experience, working out and then a nice massage afterwards, I feel refreshed when I leave. Kudos to all the hard workers who keep it up.

I am Lori [LAST NAME REMOVED], [FIRST NAME REMOVED]'s mom. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] has autism. Everyone is so nice and support - and truly not judgemental; both Pittsfield and North Adams. There was one very powerful example - [FIRST NAME REMOVED]'s resdential suport staff person had left him alone at Planet Fitness (!!), [FIRST NAME REMOVED] who has the emotional (and some functional) development of 10 or younger, was absolutely terrified, freaking out. Thank GOD for the manager and other staff; Lanie and staff took action to take care of [FIRST NAME REMOVED], bringing him to the front desk, calming him down, reassuring him and after 10-15 minutes of [FIRST NAME REMOVED]'s staff abandonment, Lanie called the police. Angels. All of those staff there that day.

The staff are always helpful when needed. The club is clean (though the showers can get a little gross in Pittsfield, MA). I use the Northampton club sometimes too and it is very clean. I get a tad uncomfortable when the Pittsfield club plays very loud rap music that is quite overwhelming at times. Otherwise, it is a very positive experience. I can only exercise about 12 minutes but, hey, that is worth something :). THANKS!

This location is beautiful and clean and very well set up. Definitely felt more comfortable in Pittsfield than I do in North Adams. More room and the different areas helps a lot!

Honestly I haven't been able to exercise as much as I would like to.. and All I Use Are the TREADMILLS there! The staff is friendly, treadmills always seem available, The customers all seem to get along, Everyone is free to do their own thing, without being criticized or shamed.
