I’ve seen such an improvement in Customer Care in the last 6 to 10 months. I go at very different times throughout the day and always see the staff cleaning equipment, refilling stations, and it’s rare to ever find the front desk unattended. The staff there between 12 and three each day are great! {That’s when I’ve been going recently}
