I must say things have improved greatly over the last few months with your new staff, the old staff was lazy and did nothing. Now the place is much cleaner and being maintained. If you are the owner of the franchise, thanks for getting on this.

The first thing you notice is the place is clean. The people that greet you when you come in to check-in are friendly when you leave theyask. If you had a good experience a good workout, it's a nice place.
